Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lemur Labs LLC ("Lemur Labs", "we") for the use of our websites and software products (the "Services"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We will email you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. Taxes are added where required.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt or overload the Services. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You own the content you put into the Services. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Services to you.

6. Our software

We own the Services and their software. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer them except where the law allows.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid product, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
