This policy explains what Lemur Labs LLC ("Lemur Labs", "we") collects when you use our websites and products, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address and the details you enter when you create an account or contact us.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly; we receive only a reference to your payment method, the last four digits, the card brand, your billing country and your transaction history. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Product data
The content you create or upload in our products, kept so the product can work for you.
Usage and technical data
Log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages or features used, kept for security, debugging and improving the products.
How we use it
To provide and support the products, process payments, send service and billing emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your product content to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of our products on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing ops@brianallemeier.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Cookies
Our products use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
